After purchasing you can return an item from your 'My Account' page.

If you have any problems downloading your purchase, please contact us.

We will refund your full purchase price, at any time, by sending you a gift certificate to purchase any item from our store.

Because the items purchased from this store are all download items, please delete the item you downloaded and send an email to gavin@julyan.biz confirming that you have deleted the download.

Please include a reason for your request in the email so that we can fix any items that you feel need attention.
